納稅者權利保護法—翻開稅法新扉頁

為接軌國際趨勢，並符當代法治國家之立法潮流，保障賦稅人權，維護人民基本生存權利，實現公平課稅及嚴守程序正義，財政部特將相關納稅者權利保護之項目立為「專法」──《納稅者權利保護法》。自2016年12月9日立法院三讀通過後，同年12月28日總統公布，自公布後一年實行，即2017年12月28日正式上路。相較於稅捐稽徵法對於納稅義務人之保護，《納稅者權利保護法》為特別法之性質，基於特別法優於普通法之適用，該法之制訂，對於納稅人之權利保障將更顯周全。
