美中貿易衝突伊始，不少台商考慮重組境外投資架構與資產配置，或鮭魚返鄉。目前政府提供也順勢推出引資回台振興經濟三方案，三模式各有其優劣。另今年申報107年度綜合所得稅時，個人的股利所得可選擇併入綜合所得總額課稅，或者採分開計稅按28%的稅率計算。而在全球反避稅潮流下，世界各國簽訂《共同申報準則》，低稅負國家施行《經濟實質法案》，這些都實質影響台商投資架構及日後財富傳承規劃，本期將就海外資金回台進行多面向探討。
