The Knowledge Transfer in Kaohsiung City Second Generation of Document Environmental Conditions

高雄市國小二代公文系統改變了傳統公文的簽核模式，採用線上方式作業，並配合政府節能減碳的策略，進行縣市合併後大規模的機關正式導入，本文以知識移轉的觀點探討高雄市國小二代公文環境建置情形，並探討公文處理的流程和交換速度，並以訪談方式蒐集十位行政人員對二代公文系統的觀點和使用經驗，最後歸納出幾點建議作為主管機關作為參考。

The Kaohsiung City Elementary School second-generation document document system changes the traditional mode of operation using the online mode, and with the government’s strategy for testing.
This article uses the knowledge transfer explore Kaohsiung City to build the second generation of document environmental conditions, and to explore the process of document processing and exchange rate, and interviews to collect ten staff to use the second-generation systems perspective and experience, and finally suggestions summarized.
