This study, via the investigation of the foreign theory of educational reformation, and the meaning of educational reformation and following the authority of M. Fullan’s international educational reformation authority, aims to give a new philosophy of school revolution. Over the past twenty years, because of the democracy movement in our country, the social circumstance underwent rapid changes and this was followed by a series of educational reformation. If we can increase the absorption of the education-reformation theories and experiences in the foreign countries to echo the nation-specific condition, we will be able to move toward the ideals of educational reformation via public discourse, evaluation and practical action. Therefore, in this study, we aim to offer inspiration and suggestions for educational reformation via the analysis of literature and the investigation of M. Fullan’s theory of educational reformation. |
