傾聽孩子內在聲音：112位孩子對話學習的探討

Listens Attentively to the Child Intrinsic Sound: the Study of 112 Children on Dialogue Learning.

臺灣的國民中、小學從過去關注學校行政，到重視課程與教學的發展，再到目前轉而關注學生學習，這樣的時代思潮有一定的脈絡可循，即學校重視以學生為學習的主體，逐漸以學生學習為中心，朝學習權回歸學習者的理念發展，而對話學習正好符應這樣的時代思潮。唯有傾聽孩子內在的聲音，才能貼近孩子學習的內在需要。本研究經由參與觀察、歷程評量、回饋反思中發現，在對話學習的歷程中，對於學生學習興趣的提升、理解學習內容的增進、整體學習品質的強化都是有幫助的。所以，學生學習要由獨白趨向走向對話學習。

Taiwan's elementary school paid attention to the school administration from past, then to took the curriculum and the teaching development, when the ante version paid attention to the student learning, such current thought had certain vein to be possible to follow, lies in takes the student for the study main body, the school gradually take the student learning as a center, returned the study power learner's idea development, demonstrated the dialogue learning just right symbol should such current thought, listen attentively to the child intrinsic sound to be able to draw close to the intrinsic need which the child studied. Discovered from this research that, the dialogue learning may promote the interest which the student studies, promotes the student to study the content the understanding, enhances spirit which the student studies, then strengthens the student whole the study quality. Therefore, child's study should move towards the dialogue learning by the monologue.
