The study took one year to complete. The professional community team is composed of teaching portfolio's research partners. The professional community team sharing files through the process of the construction of teachers' personal teaching portfolio and digital platform. The process can enhance research partners' teachers professional knowledge. The study is action research, and use the questionnaire investigation, interview and document analysis method to research the teacher how to establish their teaching portfolio and digital platform, further analysis of the teaching portfolio influence of teachers' professional development. In the study, we found that the advantage of the diversity and expansion of digital portfolio and the free digital platform can link with the teachers' digital living habits, so that the personal portfolio can be built more complete and smooth. In addition, the archives regulations follow the teachers' professional development in the right direction which can improve the teaching archives of the refined. Teaching portfolio can be shared for administrators and teachers. The teaching portfolio can build up their professional development benefits. At the end, the school teachers have some suggestions to teachers, school, and future. |
