This study examines the impact of teacher professional learning community on teacher professional development. The research process is based on the collection of qualitative information collected by teaching observation and interview. It is analyzed and understood that the operation of the community has a significant influence on the professional development of teachers, which includes interactive learning, reflective thinking, progressive making and positive thinking. It is hoped that the relevant suggestions will be made to the relevant education or researchers. |
