Study on the Effect of Social Skills Training For Students With Mild Mental Retardation In Higher Vocational Colleges

本研究旨在探討高職部的輕度智力障礙學生接受社會技巧方案訓練後是否有立即性與延續性的效果。研究方式採用準實驗研究法,研究對象為江門市特殊教育學校高職部高二、高三年級輕度智力障礙學生共26名,實驗組對象為高職部高三年級學生13名,控制組對象為高職部高二年級學生,亦為13名。本研究的社會技巧訓練方案分為五個單元,分別為「與陌生人接觸」、「與長輩相處」、「與異性交往」、「處理困窘」以及「維持友誼」。研究結果顯示,社會技巧訓練方案對實驗組學生在「與陌生人接觸」、「與長輩相處」、「與異性交往」、「處理困窘」以及「維持友誼」等技巧,進行訓練後,相較於控制組學生,具有立即成效,且具有良好維持效果。
英文摘要
"The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of social skills training program on students with mild mental retardation in higher vocational colleges. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is immediate and continuous effect of social skills training program on students with mild mental retardation in higher vocational colleges. The method of quasi-experimental research was adopted. The subjects of the study were 26 students with mild mental retardation in the second and third grades of higher vocational education department in Jiangmen Special Education School. The experimental group included 13 students in the third grade of higher vocational education department, and the control group included 13 students in the second grade of higher vocational education department. The social skills training program for the study was divided into five modules, which were ""dealing with strangers"", ""getting along with elders"", ""dealing with the opposite sex"", ""dealing with embarrassment"" and ""maintaining friendship"". The results show that the social skills training program has an immediate effect on the skills of ""contacting with strangers"", ""getting along with elders"", ""interacting with the opposite sex"", ""dealing with embarrassment"" and ""maintaining friendship"" of the students with mild mental retardation in higher vocational colleges, and has good maintenance effect."
