廣東省湛江市文化建築無障礙設施情況研究──以湛江市圖書館和湛江市博物館為例

Research on barrier-free facilities of Zhanjiang cultural buildings in Guangdong Province--Taking Zhanjiang Library and Zhanjiang Museum as examples

無障礙環境（Barrier-free Environment）指的是一個通行無阻、進出無礙的理想環境。文化建築作為人們日常休閒生活的場所，涉及到市民生活的方方面面。文化建築的設計與建設應考慮應到弱勢群體在日常生活中的行動需求與服務需求。現如今，文化建築無障礙環境將會不斷地建設與完善，使每一個人都能平等地參與到社會生活中來。本文以湛江市圖書館和博物館為代表，考察其無障礙設施現狀。湛江市圖書館和博物館無障礙設施缺乏，以及維護不當影響正常使用。通過實地考核研究，可為湛江市今後文化建築的建設與完善，提供可行性參考。

"A Barrier-free environment is an ideal environment for easy access. As a place of People's Daily Leisure life, cultural architecture was involved in every aspect of citizens' life. The design and construction of cultural building needed to take into account the needs of vulnerable groups in daily life and service needs. Nowadays, the barrier-free Environment of cultural building will be constructed and perfected continuously, so that everyone can participate in social life equally. This article examined the accessibility of libraries and museums in Zhanjiang. Lack of barrierfree facilities in libraries and museums in Zhanjiang and improper maintenance affected normal use. The study can provide a feasible reference for the construction and improvement of cultural architecture in Zhanjiang."
