家長參與對聾兒語言訓練康復具體路徑之個案分析

A Case Study on the Specific Way of Parental Participant in Hearing-impaired Children’s Language Rehabilitation Training

聾兒康復得到社會越來越多的關注，而在聾兒康復訓練中家長是聾兒的第一任老師，家長的參與更是一項不可輕視的因素。本研究主要在個案其他影響因素不變的情況下，針對聾兒語言較差環節所設計的一個教學過程，通過家長參與這個教學過程前後的康復效果進行比較，分析家長參與教學過程中容易遇到的問題，教授家長參與教學過程中需具備的教學方法，獲悉家長在參與過程中的態度、對孩子耳聾問題的看法和心態，對聾兒康復機構的看法與意見等。總結家長參與對聾兒康復之具體路徑及運用方法、效果，為家長及康復中心提出可行性的建議。

Recently，rehabilitation of hearing-impaired children has gained growing social attention， andParents play as the first teachers of their children’s language rehabilitation training. What’s more，parental participant cannot be overlooked. In this study， all other factors being equal， a teachingprocedure is designed which aims at the weak link of hearing-impaired children’s language. Thestudy compares effects of the rehabilitation before and after parental participant， analyzes theproblems that parents would meet easily when participating in the teaching procedure， teachesparents the teaching methods needed and learns about parents’ attitude for participation， view andmentality towards children’s deafness， opinions on hearing-impaired children rehabilitationfacilities and so on. By summarizing the specific way and effects of participant in hearing-impairedchildren’s language rehabilitation， this study will put forward some practical recommendations toparents and rehabilitation center.
