繪本結合桌上遊戲提升國小自閉症學生口語敘事能力之研究

Effects of an Intervention of Board Games Integrated into Picture Books Teaching on Oral Narrative Skills in ChildrenWith Autism Spectrum Disorders

本研究旨在探討自閉症學生接受繪本結合桌上遊戲教學介入期間，其口語敘事能力改變之歷程，以及此介入對其敘事表達之影響。研究主要參與者為一位十一歲八個月中度自閉症男生。研究方法係採個案研究，透過教學影片、錄影音資料、訪談、同儕回應以及其他相關資料的分析整理，深入了解自閉症學生的口語敘事能力改變之歷程。整體而言,本研究研究結果顯示：一、繪本結合桌上遊戲有助於提升自閉症學生口語敘事能力。二、繪本結合桌上遊戲有助於自閉症學生人際互動與溝通。三、繪本結合桌上遊戲有助於提升自閉症學生的學習動機與自信心。四、繪本結合桌上遊戲有助於提升自閉症學生的口語表達能力。五、相關他人均認同繪本結合桌上遊戲應用於口語敘事課程，能幫助自閉症學生改善其口語敘事能力。

The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of an intervention of board gamesintegrated into picture books teaching on oral narrative skills in a child with autism spectrum disorders.A case study was employed to understand the change of oral narrative skills of a child withautism spectrum disorders(ASD) during and after the intervention through data collected fromteaching videos, video and audio recordings, interviews, peer responses, and other related materials.Overall, the results are as follows:1. Intervention of board games integrated into picture books teaching could increase the oralnarrative skills of children with ASD.2. Intervention of board games integrated into picture books teaching could make notableimprovement in the social and communicative behavior of childen with ASD.3. Intervention of board games integrated into picture books teaching could boost the selfconfidenceand learning motivation of children with ASD.In conclusion, the results of present study support use of this intervention to change oral narrativeand social skills of children with ASD..
