本調查研究旨在瞭解發泡聚苯乙烯（Foam Polystyrene）製成免洗餐具之衛生安全情形。調查各製造工廠之製程、衛生、品管等情形，並將其產品抽樣檢驗分析，從工廠計抽得檢體30件，其中聚苯乙烯塑膠粒5件，發泡聚苯乙烯紙8件，成品17件。另從全省各縣市市售中抽購此類免洗餐具檢體133件。檢驗結果分析，成品檢體150件均合乎一般食品用塑膠類食品器具、容器、包裝衛生標準，至於材質中所含具有中等毒性之苯乙烯單體（Styrene Monomer），亦均符合美、日等國對此類食品包裝材料之規定，可知如經適當品管，製得之此類免洗餐具應對人體無害。
In order to understanding the sanitation and safety of polystyrene-paper-made disposible table services, eight manufacturing factories and markets all over the Taiwan were surveyed in this study. All the factories condition were recorded, including manufacturing process, sanitation, quality control, products storage. .... etc. Thirty samples from factories and 133 samples from markets were collected and examined. The result shows that all samples conform to the general official standards for food-packaging plastics, and styrene monomer (SM) residue of them are all below the regulatory level of U.S., England, Holland, and Japan. |
