The results of PRS value investigation on 1208 raw milk samples from Taiwan's dairy farmers are as follows: The PRS values of 858 samples, as 71.0%, are between 2.0 and 3.9. The PRS values of 316 samples, as 26.2%, are between 1.0 and 1.9. The PRS values of 47 samples, as 2.24%, are over 4. The PRS values of 7 samples, as 0.58% only, are not over 0.9. However, the PRS value range of 1174 samples, as 97.2%, is between 1.0 and 3.9. |
