小薛驗(berberine)在藥理上具有苦味健胃、殺菌、解熱、消炎等作用。含小葉鈴的中藥材有黃連及黃藥等,歷年來已有中外學者多人從事於此等藥材中小孽驗之定性及定量法之廣泛研究。本實驗的目的係針對台灣目前市場出售之黃連、黃酸中藥材及其製劑作一普遍的抽樣調查,以明瞭其所舍小薛覽量之差異。小藥驗之定量法有日本藥局方記載之Acetone-Berberine重量法1,唯此法繁雜且誤差大,如以分光光度法測定時,除小藥成分外,尚會受到Palmatine等其他色素之影響,結果並不準確,故本次研究改用薄層層析斑點掃描法,發現其操作迅速、精確度亦高,極為適用。
The use of berberine in therapy is a bitter stomachic, bactericide, antipyretic and antiinflammation. Berberine is the active principle of Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Cortex. As so far, the qualitative and quantitative method of berberine have been studied and improved. The aim of this experiment is to determine the amount of berberine in 12 kinds of crude plants of Coptis and 16 kinds of Phellodendron and 49 kinds of drug preparations which have Coptis and Phellodendron or one of both sold in Taiwan mark now. Acetone-berberine quantitative method is recorded in J.P. X., but this method is complex, difficult and not accurate. In U.V. spectrophotometry determination, the absorbance of berberine will be disturbed by palmatine and other color constituents in these drug extracts. So we modified and used the T.L.C. scanning method and found that it is an accurate, prompt and useful method. |
