以前報對Lidocaine Hydrochloride，Methyl Salicylate，Chlorpheniramine Maleate諸成分分析所得最佳層析條件，應用於含上述成分外用軟膏製劑之定量分析，得簡單、速捷之分析方法。又移動相中有機溶媒之組成為影響分離因素（x- factor）之重要變數，因此改變移動相有機溶媒之組成對分離率（resolution）有重大之影響。
The best condition in analyzing the Lidocaine hydrochloride, Methyl salicylate and Chlorpheniramine maleate as reported in an earlier work were applied in the present study to analyze their contents in ointment. It was demonstrated to be a simple and rapid method. The composition of the organic solvents in mobile phase was found to be an important parameter affecting the separation factor (a-factor). Thus, changing their composition will have significant effects on resolution. |
