A reversed-phase, high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of lormetazepam, lorazepam, nimetazepam, nitrazepam, oxazepam, diazepam and chlordiazepoxide in tranquilizer preparations is described. The identification and assay can be processed simultaneously, and each one of these benzodiazepine derivatives can be assayed by using another one as internal standard. |
