常用於Loperamide Hydrochloride錠劑、膠囊劑及糖漿劑之含法有（一）非水滴定法，（二）紫外光吸光度測定法及可視光吸光度測定法。經研討，其中仍以經加澳瑞香酚藍、溴甲酚綠或脫羅漂林OO2等呈色劑使其磺醯基（sulfonyl group）與Loperamide Hydrochloride中鹽基性基作定量的結合而呈色之可視光吸光度測定法最為精確、實用。
Three methods, i.e. the ultra violet spectrophotometry, non-aqueous titration and colorimetric method used in the determination of the content of Loperamide Hydrochloride in oral preparations were described and discussed in the aspect of their practicabilities. It was found that the colorimetric method was the most practical and precise one. |
