應用生藥學方法將「大麻仁」與「印度大麻種子」作外觀、生藥組織切片與顯微照相等比對鑑定，雖顯示極為相似，但仍有不同可用於區別；進而研究用呈色法、薄層層析法和分光吸光度法，以檢查Tetrahydrocannabinol，Cannabinol，Cannabidiol等麻醉成分，鑑定結果：「大麻仁」及「印度大麻種子」之殼與仁均未檢出含有上述成分，惟印度大麻植物之葉、莖、枝梢則含有上述成分。
Though Cannabis Semen and Cannabis Indicae Semen look very similar in appearance, by the use of pharmacognosical methods, macroscopical and microscopical, the distinction between them can be found. Both two drugs have not found in the presence of narcotic principles, cannabinol, cannabidiol and tetrahydrocannabinol when they were extracted with methanol and the solutions of the two extracts in n-hexane were tested by the use of color tests, TLC and UV spectrophotometry using cannabinol, cannabidiol and tetrahydrocannabinol as reference standard, but the leaves, branches and stem of Cannabis Indicae give the possitive tests of these narcotic principles. |
