人參及其製劑中人參皂甘之鑑別及Rg1之含量測定

IDENTIFICATION OF GINSENOSIDES AND QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF GINSENOSIDE RG, FROM GINSENG ROOTS AND THEIR PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS

利用高速薄層層析法（High Performance Thin Layer Chromatog| raphy；HPTLC）能迅速分離人参皂苷（Ginsenos ides），適以做市售人參中藥材及其製劑中人參成分之鑑別，並以高效液相層析法（High Performance Liquid Chromatography；HPLC）做人參皂苷Rg1之含量測定，亦可比較各種人參中藥材及人參製劑中Rg1之含量。 High performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) is a quick method of isolating ginsenosides. By this method, we identified main glycosides in ginseng and their preparations from market. We also used high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determine the content of ginsenoside Rg, and to compare the Rg. content in ginsengs from different sources and their preparations.
