多溴聯苯之檢驗方法經與美國FDA,所列方法比較研究後,業已建立了適於我國,精確及高感度之硫酸分析法,本方法除了檢討油脂中多溴聯苯外,並對奶粉、肉、及塑膠製品中之多溴聯苯一并加以檢討。一般油脂中分配法、硫酸法及分配併硫酸法之回收率分別為24.6%、96.3%、60.6%,顯著的證明了硫酸法之優良。在奶粉中前處理之油脂萃取分別比較Soxhlet法及Roese-Gottlieb法,而後者之萃取率達100%。肉類則乾燥後直接以濃硫酸法萃取。其回收率在99%以上。本實驗之測定敏感度(detectability)0.5ng。
Sulfuric acid method for determinating PBB in food has been established and the recovery were compared with FDA methods. It is suitable for analysis PBB in our country with high precision and sensitivity. The method concerning PBB contaminations of fat, oil, meat, milk and plastics, was discussed. In oil, the recovery of partition, sulfuric acid and partition with sulfuric acid methods are 24.6%, 96.3% and 60.6% respectively. The sulfuric acid method showed simple and successful. The pretreatment of milk, Soxhlet and Roese-Gottlieb methods were discussed, RoeseGottlieb method showed high recovery (100%) and simple. Meat was directly extracted by sulfuric acid method and the recovery was 99%. The detectability of this method was 0.5 ng and with high reproducibility. Fifty samples bought on the markets were detected by this method and the result showed none contaminated. |
