即時水產食品中Vibrio cholerae non-O1汙染之調查

OCCURRENCE OF VIBRIO CHOLERAE NON-O1 IN MARKETED READY -TO-EAT SEAFOODS

Vibrio cholerae non-O1 並不導致人類感染霍亂，只引起急性腸胃炎，在美國、日本均將之列為食品中毒菌之一。為了解Vibrio cholerae non-O1 在台灣中部地區污染情形，故進行本調查。自民國84年9月至85年6月分別由中部地區八縣市（新竹縣、新竹市、苗栗縣、台中縣、台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣）之超級市場、傳統市場、生魚片專賣店、日本料理店抽購生魚片、即食水產品類共100件進行Vibrio cholerae non-O1污染之調查。其中生魚片類抽購68件、炸烤魚抽購5件、（鹽）漬類抽購10件、小菜類如甜蝦、干貝帶、海帶芽等抽購17件；抽購地點方面：超級市場抽購50件、傳統市場抽購24件、生魚片專賣店抽購19件、日本料理店抽購7件。檢驗結果顯示全部100件檢體的Vibrio cholerae non-O1均為陰性。

While Vibrio cholerae non-O1 does not cause cholerae, but it may cause acute gastrointestinal disease. Vibrio cholerae non-O1 has been identified as one of the fopdborne pathogens in Japan and United States. In order toevaluate the contamination of Vibrio cholerae non-O1 in Central Taiwan, 100 samples of ready-to-eat seafoods were investigated. From September 1995 to June 1996, 100 samples were collected from local supermarkets, markets, sashimi stores and Japanese restaurants for the detection of Vibrio cholerae non-O1. The results indicate that the Vibrio cholerae non-O1 was not present in these 100 random samples.
