市售鈣營養素補充食品中鈣含量之調查

Investigation of The Calcium Contents in Calcium Nutriment Supplement Food Products

本計畫自84年10月三85年4月間，共抽購檢體100件，依製造國別分類，包括我國24件、美國59件、日本9件、瑞士2件、法國2件、德國2件、澳洲1件，以及未標示製造國別者1件。檢驗方法依據中國國家標準之EDTA滴定法及AOAC Officia1 Methods of Ana1ysis之原子吸收光譜法，檢驗結果鈣含量為標示量之90%至110%者計有55件，低於標示量之90%者計有30件，高於標示量之110%者有2件，未標示含量者有13件。在檢體標示方面，最主要的缺點為計有44件檢體未顯著標示『食品』字樣。

One hundred samples of calcium supplements of food products were analyzed. All samples were purchased from Taiwan markets between October 1995 and April 1996. According to the labeling, 24 samples were made in Taiwan, and 59, 9, 2, 2, 2, 1 in USA, Japan, Swiss, France, Germany, Australia respectively, while one sample was of unknown origins. The results showed that calcium contents of fifty-five samples were between 90% and 110%, thirty samples <90%, two samples >110% compared with the labeled amounts of the products themselves.
