八十五年度市售蔬果農藥殘留量調查

Investigation on the Pesticide Residues in Marketed Vegetables and Fruits

為了保障國民食用蔬菜水果的安全，農藥的使用、控制及殘留稽查，多年來一直是農政和衛生單位合作努力的目標。衛生署於六十五年起，逐年增修農藥安全容許量標準，至84年9月18日已公告273種農藥於19種作物的殘留容許量標準。為了解本省農作物中農藥殘留情形，本局每年均擬訂計畫，抽查檢驗蔬菜水果，調查結果提供衛生行政單位參酌。本（85）年度，台灣省各縣市衛生局每月送驗蔬果檢體5件，依據衛生署公告（84.1.24. 衛署食字第84001133號）食品中農藥殘留量檢驗方法－－多重殘留分析法，進行69種農藥項目的檢驗。全省共檢驗1289件蔬菜水果檢體，檢出有農藥殘留者220件，檢出率為17.1%，不合格件數45件，不合格率為3.5%。220件檢出農藥殘留檢體中，186件檢出1種農藥殘留，30件檢體同時檢測出2種農藥，同時檢出農藥種類3種者有3件，同時檢出四種農藥殘留者有1件。

1289 samples of vegetables and fruits were collected from July 1995 to June 1996 in Taiwan from traditional markets and supermarkets, which were analyzed with a multiresidue method including 69 items of pesticides. The results indicated that 220 of 1289 samples (17.1%) contained pesticide residues but only 45 samples (3.5%) violated the tolerance set by Department of Health, The highest detection ratio was found in citrus fruits (33.3%). 30 samples contained two kinds of pesticides, 3 samples contained three kinds of pesticides and 1 sample contained four kinds of pesticides simultaneously.
