101毛髮再生精對皮膚毛囊之作用

THE EFFECT OF 101 HAIR REGROWTH LINIMENT TO THE SKIN HAIR FOLLICLES

本實驗是以白兔作為實驗動物模式，在腹部剃毛後塗抹101毛髮再生精來評估該生髮藥水之效用。外表觀察顯示，12隻白兔當中只有1隻母免在塗抹藥水之部位與塗抹生理食鹽水之對照部位，於塗抹後第2日即開始同時長毛，14日後為原長度之80%，而另外11隻白兔則完全沒有再生毛的現象，皮膚組織病理學的觀察顯示，作用部位與對照部位皮膚內的毛囊顯微構造相同，皮膚標本內單位面積毛囊數目各為 66.6±4.8/mm2 及 63.3±6.4/mm2 沒有顯著差異（P>0.05），而作用部位皮膚標本內毛囊大小為1358.6±121.7μm2，與對照部位皮膚標本內之毛囊大小（1442.5±134.2μm2）間亦沒有顯著差異（P>0.05），由以上結果表示，101毛髮再生精沒有促使兔毛加速再生長之作用。

This experiment used albino rabbits as animal model to study the hair regrowth effect of 101 Hair Regrowth Liniment after topically applied to the skin of the belly of rabbits whose hair was shaved. Only one of the twelve rabbits grew hair simultaneously at the second day after treatment both on the skin applied with hair promotor and that applied with normal saline as controls. After 14 days the length of hair was about 80% of the normal hair length. But there was no hair regrowing phenomenon on the other eleven rabbits. The histopathological observation to the rabbit skin showed the microscopic structures of the hair follicles of both experimental and control skin were same. The number of hair follicles of unit skin area were 66.6±4.8 / mm2 and 63.3±6.4 I mm2 respectively. There was no significant difference (P>0.05). The mean area of hair follicles in the experimental skin was 1358.6± 121.7µm2 which was not different from (P>0.05) that of the control skin (1442.5± 134.2µm2). According to the experimental results, the 101 Hair Regrowth Liniment has not the effect of hair regrowth to the rabbit hair.
