實驗動物腸內寄生蟲之感染

CONTAMINATION OF ENTEROPARASITES IN LABORATORY ANIMALS

本實驗檢查小鼠（Mouse - ICR & Balb/c）各八十八及三十二隻，大鼠（Rat）二十六隻，天竺鼠（Guinea pig）二十隻，家兔二十隻；分別以沈澱法及浮游法，加以檢查，結果發現小鼠（Mouse - ICR & Balb/c）繞蟲（Syphacia obvelata）感染率分別為79.5% & 71.9%，大鼠蟯蟲（Syphaciamuris）感染率為53.8%，天竺鼠纖毛蟲（Balantidium caviae）感染率為90%，家兔球蟲（Coccidiosis）感染率為50%。

In 1989, Our laboratory used formalin centrifugal sedimentation and flotation method to investigate 186 samples that included mice, rats, guinea pigs and NewZealand rabbits. We found that the infectionrates of mice pinworm (Syphacia obvelata, ICR-79.5%, Ba1b / c-71.9%), rats pinworm (Syphacia muris, 53.8%), guinea pigs Balantidiosis (Balantdium caviae, 90%) and rabbits coccidiosis (Eimeria spp., 50%) were high.
