農產品中巴賽松殘留量標準檢驗方法之建立

ESTABLISHMENT OF STANDARD ANALYTICAL METHODS FOR DETERMINATION OF PESTICIDE RESIDUES IN CROPS—TESTS OF PHOXIM

巴賽松（Phoxim）屬有機磷劑類農藥，本研究發展出利用高效液相層析（high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC）檢驗作物中巴賽松殘留量之方法。巴賽松以氯仿自米中萃取出，經串聯之矽膠過濾層析管柱（silica cartridge）及矽藻土過濾層析管柱（Florisil cartridge）淨化後以UV 280nm 偵測之，結果添加0.1～0.3 ppm 檢體濃度之平均回收率為83.8～84.7%，最低檢出量在米中為0.01ppm。

Methods using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determine Phoxim in crops have been developed. Phoxim was extracted from crops, using chloroform; it's analysis was determined by UV 280 nm after purification. Studies, performed at 0.1~0.3 ppm fortification levels, showed recovery between 83.8~84.7%. The limit of detection of Phoxim in rice tested was 0.01 ppm.
