Methods using gas chromatography (GC) to determine Dicloran in crops have been developed. Dicloran was extracted from crops, using acetone; it's analysis was determined by GC-ECD after purification. Studies, performed at 0.05~3.0 ppm fortification levels, showed recovery between 85.1~93.7%. The limit of detection of Dicloran in agaric tested was 0.004 ppm. |
