由於經濟的改善、自由時間的增多,台灣人民對休閒的需求日益殷盛。然而台灣人民休閒生活的品質,並沒有隨著經濟的發展而提昇。因此,休閒教育的推展有其迫切性和必要性。本文首先由休閒教育的定義著手,以探討休閒教育的真諦,進而釐清台灣民眾對休閒教育的混淆或誤解。其次分析目前台灣有關休閒或休閒教育的研究文獻,以及休閒教育的推動現況,來了解問題與缺失之所在。最後建議:宣導正確的休閒教育認知;充實休閒教育本土化理論的研究;於成人教育法當中,增訂体閒教育實施辦法;在成人教育師資培育基礎下,加強休閒教育專業人才的培訓;以休閒活動提供者為據點,發展各式 各樣的休閒教育方案;重視休閒教育的公平與正義,化解參與休閒教育的阻力;做好科際整合,充分運用現有資源;休閒教育證照制度的推動;以期台灣早日達成休閒化社會的目標。 |
英文摘要 |
Owing to the improvement of the economy and an increase in free time,Taiwanese have more and more demand for leisure. However,the advanced development of the economy does not effect the quality of Taiwanese leisure life. Thus,the implementation of leisure education is not only necessary but also urgent. First of all,this article defines the meaning of leisure education to overcome the Taiwanese confusion and misunderstanding of leisure education. Secondly,the current literature related to leisure or leisure education in Taiwan has been analysed in the light of current provision of leisure education to identify strengths and shortcomings in its implementation. The findings suggest that: publicizing the appropriate perception of leisure education ; encouraging research by Taiwanese researchers into Taiwanese experience of leisure education ; revising the scheme for the implementation of leisure education within the law of adult education ; enhancing the cultivation and training of the professionals of leisure education based upon the training of teachers in adult education ; developing diverse programmes of leisure education on the base of the provider of leisure activities ; paying much attention to the fairness and justice of leisure education to resolve the obstacle of leisure education ; integrating various subjects to fully employ current resource ; and pushing the certificate system of leisure education ; so that the object of society of leisure can be achieved in Taiwan soon. |
