Appropriate practice scheduling allows learners to acquire motor skills efficiently. When learning several motor skills at the same time, contextual interference effects of random practice and the self-regulated mechanism generated by self-controlled practice have been found as the learning variables of motor learning. In this paper, the inquiry of practice scheduling was divided into instructor and learner aspects. Execution process, learner’s motivation, and learning effectiveness were explored respectively. Finally, suggestions regarding to practice scheduling for physical education teacher and coach were provided. |
