「經典研讀:梁啟超《新民說》」課程,是筆者在100學年度第1學期執行的教育部公民核心能力計畫。本課程的教學目標,一方面是透過歷史事件的分析探討,與史料文本的解讀考察,導引學生與過去產生連結與對話,以究明經典的成說脈絡,理解經典的內涵與時代意義。一方面是導引學生思考《新民說》強調的「利群」價值理念,並藉以反思檢視自身的生活經驗,從中辨明體察自我與群體的關聯意義,進而激發產生積極進取的生活動能,讓一己成為社會的「生利之民」。本篇論文旨在分析經典閱讀與公民素養建構的關聯意義,並透過吾等生活實境的「公共領域」──社會與校園的共同觀照,和學習者之回應的檢視,思辨探討公民素養培育的困窘與限制。 |
英文摘要 |
The ”Classics Reading: Liang Ch'i-Ch'ao's Xin Min Shuo (the New Citizen)” is the civic core competency program of the ministry of education implemented by this study in the first semester of the 2011 academic year. Specifically speaking, the teaching objective of this course is to guide students to generate conversations and connections with the past through analysis and discussion of historical events and interpretation and observation of historical materials. The purpose of this is to explore the sequence of accepted theories and understand the culture and contemporary meaning of classics. In addition, this course aims at guiding students to reflect on the ”group advantage” value concept emphasized in ”Xin Min Shuo” and allow them to introspect their own life experiences to identify the correlated meaning of themselves and groups and further encourage the momentum of aggressiveness and positivity. The ultimate goal is for students to become people that contribute to society. The purpose of this research is to analyze the correlated meaning of classic readings and civic literacy and discuss the difficult positions and restrictions of cultivating civic literacy through the observation of the ”public sphere” of the society and on campuses and the responses of learners. |
