本研究旨在以研究者與三位國民中、小學教師攜手合作所組成的研究社群,透過工作坊方式,以為期五週共十堂課的「家庭教育課程方案建構」的工作坊專業訓練課程,由研究者本人親自實施,除提供三位參與的教師適當的專業知識背景,包括課程發展與設計與多元文化家庭概念的認識…等之外,並引導教師檢視省思自己的家庭概念,藉以增能教師課程意識。 再者,本研究以焦點團體方式發展多元文化家庭教育課程,並就學生不同的學習階段(國小低、中年級及國中一年級),分別設計五個單元的主題課程。最後,本研究透過行動研究方式,引導三位國民中、小學教師將所發展之課程具體實踐與課堂之中,藉以增進學童對多元文化家庭型態之正向概念。本研究之結論如下: (一)本研究社群之進行,確實能喚醒教師對多元文化家庭課程的意識; (二)本研究之多元家庭課程目標,旨在消除對不同家庭型態的偏見與歧視,進而培養對不同型態家庭的尊重態度,並建構正向且健康的家庭圖像; (三)本研究社群之進行,能實際引導國民中小學教師於教室現場具體實踐多元文化家庭課程方案; (四)多元文化家庭教育的課堂實踐,能增進中小學生正向且多元的家庭概念。 |
英文摘要 |
One of the purposes of this study was to encourage teachers’ multicultural family curriculum consciousness for criticizing family ideology hidden in the school textbooks. The study also attempted to develop the multicultural family curriculum program and encouraged the teachers to practice it in the classrooms. In order to reach the above-mentioned purposes, the study adopts the methods of workshop, teacher interview, focus group, and professor advice. The conclusions were as follows: 1. The multicultural family curriculum could certainly encourage teachers’ curriculum consciousness, and make teachers’ curricular transformation in the classrooms. 2. The aims of multicultural family curriculum program were to dispel prejudices towards multicultural families, and to develop the respect upon multicultural families. 3. The procedures of multicultural family curriculum workshop could guide three elementary and secondary teachers to practice multicultural family curriculum in their class. 4. The multicultural family curriculum program could promote the students’ positive attitude toward multicultural families. |
