This study used interviews and document analysis to explore the organizational communication, school marketing and problem-solving strategies of two female junior high school principals who won the“Prin¬cipal’s Leadership Excellence Award”. Firstly, the motivation, purpose and problems of the research were analyzed, and then the relevant literature was discussed, and various rel¬evant documents were collected through the interview records with two female principals and related personnel. Finally, the two principals’dif¬ferent excellent strategies of leadership were discussed and the following three common excellent strategies of leadership are proposed: 1. Both principals can make use of multiple communication strate¬gies such as two-way interaction to achieve consensus and mutual benefit. 2. Both principals utilized diversified marketing strategies such as school-based curriculum, branding, relationships and the Golden Trian¬gle to promote school performance. 3. Both principals are able to use diversified leadership strategies such as contingent leadership and curriculum leadership to solve chal¬lenges. Based on above findings, relevant suggestions are proposed for the female principals of junior high school, educational authorities and fu¬ture researchers. |
