近年來,校長系統領導成為教育行政研究重要課題之一,它與學校績效改善具有密切關係。本研究旨在探討校長運用系統領導改善學校之績效,採文獻分析方法,闡述校長系統領導的意義與理念,分析當前學校績效問題,最後透過校長應用系統領導理念改善學校績效,並提出下列策略:一、運用專業協作精神,取代官僚治理;二、發展各校策略聯盟,促進資源共享;三、研訂校長系統領導職能,融入校長專業標準;四、擴展領導意涵,以為學校實務之用;五、以教師系統領導觀點,規劃兼容並蓄的師資培育方案;六、依學校整體發展方向,引導教師培養增能的協作文化。
英文摘要
"Recently, the principals’ system leadership has become one of the most important topics of educational administration, and it is closely related to the improvement of school performance. The purpose of this study was to explore using the principals’ system leadership to improve school performance. This study used the method of literature analysis to explain the meaning and importance of the principal’s system leadership, to analyze current school performance, and finally to provide 6 strategies to improve school performance through the principals’ application of system leadership, including:1. To replace bureaucratic governance with professional collaboration; 2. To develop strategic alliances among schools to share resources; 3. To integrate the principal’s system leadership into professional standards; 4. To expand the meaning of leadership for school practice; 5. To plan an inclusive teacher training program from the perspective of teacher system leadership; 6. To guide teachers cultivating a collaborative culture of empowerment according to the overall developmental direction of the school."
