"Recently, the principals’ system leadership has become one of the most important topics of educational administration, and it is closely related to the improvement of school performance. The purpose of this study was to explore using the principals’ system leadership to improve school performance. This study used the method of literature analysis to explain the meaning and importance of the principal’s system leadership, to analyze current school performance, and finally to provide 6 strategies to improve school performance through the principals’ application of system leadership, including:1. To replace bureaucratic governance with professional collaboration; 2. To develop strategic alliances among schools to share resources; 3. To integrate the principal’s system leadership into professional standards; 4. To expand the meaning of leadership for school practice; 5. To plan an inclusive teacher training program from the perspective of teacher system leadership; 6. To guide teachers cultivating a collaborative culture of empowerment according to the overall developmental direction of the school." |
