目的:探討介入8週單側上肢血流限制訓練對健康成人胸推肌力及肌肉量的效果。方法:16名男性受試者隨機分為控制組(CON組)與血流限制組(BFR組),CON組進行8週、每週3次的胸推阻力訓練〔強度:30%最大反覆次數(1 Repetition of Maximum,1RM)〕,BFR組為胸推阻力訓練(強度:30% 1RM)結合血流限制訓練。以二因子變異數分析兩組差異。結果:介入後兩組在1RM胸推最大肌力顯著進步(改變量= 34.27±22.34%至53.46±24.36%,p < .05),在肌肉量皆未達差異(p > .05)。結論:介入8週單側上肢血流限制訓練可提升健康男性上肢最大肌力。 |

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effects of an 8-week intervention of unilateral upper limb blood flow re-striction training (BFR) on upper limb muscle strength and muscle mass in healthy adults. Methods: Sixteen healthy male par-ticipants were randomly assigned to either a control group (CON) or a blood flow restriction group (BFR). The CON group un-derwent an 8-week resistance training program involving the chest press exercise, performed three times per week at an intensi-ty of 30% of one-repetition maximum (1RM). The BFR group performed the same resistance training protocol, combined with blood flow restriction applied unilaterally to the dominant upper arm. Two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was employed to compare differences in 1RM of the chest press and muscle mass. Results: After 8 weeks of intervention with BFR training, both groups showed significant improvements in the muscle strength of 1RM chest press (Change = 34.27±22.34% to 53.46±24.36%,p < .05). There were no significant differences in muscle mass between the dominant and non-dominant hands in ei-ther group (p> .05). Conclusions: An 8-week intervention combining unilateral upper limb BFR training with chest press re-sistance training effectively enhances upper limb maximum muscle strength in healthy adult males. |
