近年來醫療場域的性平事件，陸續被揭露。特別是國家級的醫學中心，有名望的醫師教授，累積多年的性騷擾事件，受害者集體指控，行為人終究得到處罰。各級醫院重新檢視性別主流化教育，提升性別敏感度，增強性別意識，避免性別盲，建立友善的性別平等醫療環境。 

Gender inequity remains a major challenge in the medical professions. At several national medical centers, well-known physicians and professors were found to have engaged in long-term sexual harassment, eventually facing collective accusations from victims and subsequent disciplinary actions. Consequently, hospitals at all levels should re-examine gender equity education, strengthen gender sensitivity and awareness, mitigate gender blindness, and foster an equitable, gender-friendly healthcare environment.
