Since its establishment in 1995, LANDSEED Hospital has been rooted in South Taoyuan for three decades, emerging as a pioneer in medical quality management in Taiwan. As the first healthcare institution in the country to establish a dedicated medical quality management department, the hospital has devoted its efforts to patient safety, medical quality indicators, and continuous quality improvement. In response to global pandemic challenges, the hospital advanced medical practice through innovative thinking and remained committed to delivering safe and high-quality healthcare services. The hospital introduced the concept of a “hospital without walls” and launched a digital transformation initiative in 2022. By integrating smart healthcare systems, it has enhanced service efficiency and established a paperless health management platform, enabling the public to access medical services at any time and strengthening their capacity for self-health management. Looking ahead, the hospital will continue to pursue the National Healthcare Quality Award, reinforce internal quality improvement teams, and further enhance the quality of healthcare services. It will also promote intelligent referral systems and artificial intelligence technologies to realize precision medicine, while developing new technologies and treatment solutions. Through these efforts, the hospital aspires to become a trusted healthcare institution that contributes to improving public health.
