Dalin Tzu Chi Hospital adheres to the goal of ensuring excellent holistic medical quality and has continuously promoted comprehensive quality improvement measures over time. Administrators have implemented lean health care, team resource management, resilience planning, and smart health care as part of hospital strategy. These strategies reflect the four core aspects of our hospital’s total quality management blueprint: (1) waste elimination and error prevention, (2) effective communication and teamwork, (3) resilience and vitality, and (4) the efficient use of technology to achieve humanistic care.
