以關懷為核心：亞東紀念醫院推動婦女與兒童友善就醫環境的實踐經驗

The Core of Compassion: Far Eastern Memorial Hospital's Practical Experience in Promoting a Women- and Children-Friendly Healthcare Environment

亞東紀念醫院秉持「取之於社會，用之於社會」的核心價值，並在企業文化的引領下，全力打造無障礙及友善的醫療環境。透過多項領先醫療業界的創新服務，包括：樂得兒產房、一站式乳房整合門診，以及專為女性設計的心臟特別門診，醫院在婦女與兒童友善醫療方面展現卓越表現，並榮獲衛生福利部「112年就醫無礙標竿競賽」婦女兒童友善就醫組金獎（圖一）。

針對視障婦女，本院設置專屬的產前衛教指導服務，提供個別化且專業的照護。此外，醫院在兒童早期鑑定與發展計畫中也發揮關鍵角色，展現對婦女與兒童細膩關懷及無障礙設施的卓越成就。本院憑藉其創新且全面的醫療服務，為全國醫療機構樹立友善醫療的標竿，成為業界的典範。

Through a range of innovative services, including the ""Labor delivery recovery room,"" the one-stop Breast Care Clinic, and a specialized cardiology clinic designed for women, the hospital has demonstrated exceptional performance in promoting women- and child-friendly healthcare. This has earned the hospital the Gold Award in the Women and Children Friendly Healthcare category at the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s ""2023 Accessible Medical Care Award Program "" (Figure 1).

For visually impaired women, the hospital has established dedicated prenatal education and guidance services, providing personalized and professional care. Additionally, the hospital plays a critical role in early childhood screening and development programs, showcasing its meticulous care for women and children, and its remarkable achievements in accessible facilities. With its innovative and comprehensive medical services, Far Eastern Memorial Hospital has set a national benchmark for friendly healthcare and has become a model in the industry.
