In view of the experience and knowledge that the researchers have participated in the self-growth training courses of the two companies A and B, which aroused curiosity and research interest, refer to the existing theories and literature to develop the research conceptual framework. This research has three purposes. First, to compare the history, similarly and difference between the company A and company B. Second, to explore the adults who participate in the self-growth training programs of A and B companies related to the transformative learning process of intimacy relationship and self-efficacy. Third, to discuss the evaluating and improving strategies of the self-growth training programs of the two companies A and B. The main research method is the semi-structured in-depth interviews. The auxiliary method is the document analysis. From May to June, 2020, to conduct interviewing, to collect data and to analyze data, by purposive sampling 24 adults over the age of 20. Finally, based on the research results and research conclusions, suggestions are made to trainees and trainers, training institutions, practitioners, and future research. |
