This paper investigates the impacts of Compensation, Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. This analysis is based on questionnaires with a 98% response rate (311 of 318 returned) collected from Chinese employees of A Taiwanese Business in Dongguan City. The hypotheses tests of regression analysis showed the Compensation positive affects the Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction positive affects Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction had partial mediating affects on the relationship between Compensation and Organizational Commitment. |
