This study aimed to visualize Taiwanese students’learning outcomes by integrating the B&S program into Japanese language courses. Traditionally, this program functioned mainly as a voluntary exchange activity, and its learning outcomes were not clearly demonstrated. In this study, the program was incorporated into coursework and structured as a learning process consisting of preparatory learning, exchange-day presentations and guided activities, and post-exchange presentations. The study examined how students’learning experiences were organized and expressed as learning outcomes. The results showed that the activities promoted autonomous and multifaceted learning beyond conversational practice. These findings suggest that integrating the B&S program into coursework helps visualize students’learning outcomes and serves as an effective educational practice that promotes autonomous learning among Taiwanese students. |
