本文上篇已討論「一軍」之「軍」字意義，「一軍」的爵位問題，「軍」與定賦的關係，及其影響。下篇討論甸侯的問題，以及賦貢的問題。

This article serves as a sequel to the former one。Besides the military， feudal， and economical depths of the phrase ''One Army，'' it deals with the symbiotic relation of Dian—the territory under the direct imperial jurisdiction in Cho Dynasty（甸）and its aristocratic keeper（甸侯）。The nobility dubbed to rule this imperial area also joined the power struggles for military taxation， which led straight to the waning of the royal household in later times。
