In order to improve the skill in coping with examination stress as well as enhance the ability for adjustment, an 8 session activity program designed for the teachers lead in the classroom has been proposed and evaluated here. After program (3 months later), a subjective rating questionnaire was filled by nine teachers (from different elementary school Y, as well as 294 school children (grade 5-6). Aftr one year, 99 students of the 294 has also been asked to recall the learning effect from the program. Results showed a positive outcome both for the teachers and the students. Even after one year the students still remember the main issue and also applied to real life situation. |
