拒學症學童研究

本研究分析過去十年（1977－1986）台大醫院兒童心理衛生中心門診的拒學症兒童個案，計104件。研究發現患者以小學一年級和初中一年級為最多，多為突發性，且多屬輕微神經質。小學一年級患者的促發因素多屬分離焦慮，而初中一年級則以學校因素為主。以艾氏（Atkinson）拒學症異質說驗證之，發現發病年齡與病因相關，發病型態與病因相關。

This study examined the 104 cases of school refusal children who were diagnosed by National Taiwan University Hospital in the past decade (1977-1986). The analysis revealed that most of the cases were concentrated in certain grade levels (grade 1, and grade 7) who had an acute onset and neurotic tendencies precipitated by separation anxiety (grade 1) and by school-related factors (grade 7). Testing the Atkinson's heterogeneity concept of school refusal, this study also disclosed that the causes of school refusal varied significantly with age and the type of onset.
