This study innovatively designed an intergenerational education course for grandparents and grandchildren. Through the four stages of ''student co-learning'', ''grandparents and grandchildren integration'', ''empathy'' and ''gratitude'', the course was planned to guide primary school students to make their own board games and take them home to play with their grandparents. In addition to enhancing the relationship between each other, the course objectives were to let grandchildren know more about the life experience of the grandparents, inherit the life wisdom of the grandparents, implement the elderly experience activities , understand the inconvenience of aging, empathize with the feelings of the grandparents, and finally make a presentation for grandparents. Through presentation the life experience gives primary school students the opportunity to express their gratitude and love to their grandparents. This study was actually carried out in Elementary School for three and a half months, The research method is mainly quantitative research and qualitative data presentation. The research subjects are 30 students in a fourth-grade class, including 16 boys and 14 girls, recorded teacher-student interaction and learning process, and also carried out quantitative learning through the intergenerational education course to understand the learning effect.
