The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the principals' leadership for learning and students' academic achievement of elementary schools in New Taipei City, and teachers' teaching effectiveness was as a mediating variable.This study conducts a questionnaire survey with teachers of elementary schools, The statistical methods includes descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling were adopted for analysis. The following conclusions are summarized: first, the principals' leadership for learning and the teacher's teaching effectiveness show a high level. Second, principals' leadership for learning and teachers' teaching effectiveness showed a significant moderate positive correlation; teachers' teaching effectiveness has a significant low positive correlation with students' academic achievement. Third,the principals' leadership for learning is to influence students' academic achievement through the teaching efficiency of teachers, and the teaching efficiency of teachers has an full mediated effect. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study to make relevant recommendations. |
