新竹縣大坪國小生態美學特色學校發展之研究

Research on the Development of Daping Elementary Ecological Aesthetic School in Hsinchu County

本研究旨在探討大坪國小發展生態美學特色學校的動機與目的、發展狀況、成果與永續發展面臨的挑戰。本個案研究透過問卷調查法及訪談法蒐集資料，再進行綜合分析及討論。研究重要結果如下：一、大坪國小生態美學特色學校品牌特色，可吸引學區外之學生就讀。二、活化校內教學環境，是發展大坪國小生態美學特色課程必要條件。三、大坪國小生態美學特色學校可提升學生表達力、研究力及學習興趣。四、比例過半的代理教師是大坪國小生態美學特色學校發展的限制。最後，本研究提出具體建議供大坪國小、特色學校發展、教育行政機關及後續研究者參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the motives and objectives, development status, achievements and challenges of sustainable development of Daping Elementary School. This case study collects data through questionnaires and interviews, and then conducts comprehensive analysis and discussion. The important results of the study are as follows: 1. The characteristics of the Daping Elementary Ecological Aesthetic School is to attract students from other districts. 2. The activation teaching environment of school is a necessary condition for the development of the curriculum of the Daping Elementary Ecological Aesthetic School. 3. The Daping Elementary Ecological Aesthetic School can enhance students' expressiveness, research ability and interest in learning. 4. The number of more than half substitute teachers is the limitations of the development of Dapingguo's small ecological aesthetic schools. Finally, this study proposes specific recommendations for the development of Daping Elementary School, featured schools, educational administrations and follow-up researchers.
