Between 2014 and 2018 in the school, all the members involved in lesson study, take part in long-term dialogue learning, which had the positive impact on the development of the school, such as the performance of children's national examinations has been improved, the children's interest in learning has increased and behavioral deviations have been reduced. In the beginning process, monologue, went through dialogue learning, it is found that lesson study contains seven passwords for the teachers to develop professionality, so that the members can fully harvest due to the reflective thinking. It not only revitalizes the teachers and the students enthusiasm on learning but instills they went into learnability in the same class every day. However, lesson study is merely a means if it cannot combine with long-term group dialogue learning, then it could be liable to a flash in the pen. In the school's teaching scene, there are about 6 of 12 classes in whole school engage in group dialogue learning every day, who gradually turn the teacher-based and the textbook-centered teaching into the principal of student and the student-centered learning. |
