新竹縣教師專業發展評鑑初階認證與輔導策略之研究

A Study of Problems and Counseling Strategies for Initial Certification of Teacher Professional Development Evaluation in Hsinchu County

本研究採質性研究方式，主要針對新竹縣教師專業發展評鑑初階認證執行現況與輔導策略加以探究，以2016年參加教師發展評鑑初階認證教師為對象，訪談新竹縣辦理教師專業發展評鑑業務之承辦人及初階認證教師，從中瞭解教師專業發展評鑑實施之困境與輔導策略，最後彙整文件及訪談資料並提出建議，以為教育主管機關與學校、教師及研究者之參考。

This study takes qualitative research methods, mainly to explore the implementation and counseling strategies of initial certification for teacher professional development evaluation in Hsinchu County. The objects are the teachers of attending initial certification of teacher professional development evaluation in 2016. This study aimed to understand the dilemma of conducting and counseling strategies for initial certification of teacher professional development evaluation by interviewing the case officers and the initial certified teachers in Hsinchu County. According to the collected documents and interviews, the suggestions were proposed for the references of education administrative organs, schools, teachers and researchers.
