This study takes qualitative research methods, mainly to explore the implementation and counseling strategies of initial certification for teacher professional development evaluation in Hsinchu County. The objects are the teachers of attending initial certification of teacher professional development evaluation in 2016. This study aimed to understand the dilemma of conducting and counseling strategies for initial certification of teacher professional development evaluation by interviewing the case officers and the initial certified teachers in Hsinchu County. According to the collected documents and interviews, the suggestions were proposed for the references of education administrative organs, schools, teachers and researchers. |
