國民中小學教師實施公開授課的做法、困境及因應策略

The Practice, Problems and Corresponding Strategies of Lesson Study in Secondary and Elementary School

本研究採取文獻分析方式，主要針對國民中小學實施公開授課的做法、困境及因應策略進行探討。公開授課過程包括共同備課、觀課前會談、公開觀課、共同議課。教師公開授課可能產生的困境包括公開授課支持系統尚待建立、教師花費大量時間準備公開授課、教師工作負擔沉重、可能會導致流於形式、教師進行公開授課的能力有待提升、主動分享的教師文化尚待建立、教師專業成長與學生學習效果有待證明、家長參與公開授課影響教師教學專業。本研究最後針對困境，對教育行政機關、學校兩方面提出因應的對策。

This study adopts the method of literature analysis, and mainly discusses the practice, problems and corresponding strategies of elementary and secondary schools. Lesson study include collaborative lesson preparation, observation of pre-class talks, open classroom observation, and common discussion lesson. Possibilities of lesson study by teachers include the open teaching support system has not been established, teachers' spending a lot of time preparing lesson study, teachers' heavy workloads, may lead to in-form, teachers' ability to conduct lesson study to be improved, initiative, cooperation and sharing teacher culture has yet to be established, the professional development of teachers and the effect of student learning need to be proved, parents involved in lesson study affect the teaching professional. Based on the analysis, some countermeasures were proposed for the reference of education administrative organs and schools.
