This study adopts the method of literature analysis, and mainly discusses the practice, problems and corresponding strategies of elementary and secondary schools. Lesson study include collaborative lesson preparation, observation of pre-class talks, open classroom observation, and common discussion lesson. Possibilities of lesson study by teachers include the open teaching support system has not been established, teachers' spending a lot of time preparing lesson study, teachers' heavy workloads, may lead to in-form, teachers' ability to conduct lesson study to be improved, initiative, cooperation and sharing teacher culture has yet to be established, the professional development of teachers and the effect of student learning need to be proved, parents involved in lesson study affect the teaching professional. Based on the analysis, some countermeasures were proposed for the reference of education administrative organs and schools. |
